High-protein cappuccino
INGREDIENTS
- Two shots of espresso or 1 cup of instant black coffee
- 1/2 cup skim milk
- 2 tablespoons of whey protein
- Cinnamon (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
- pour the coffee into a cup and froththe skim milk.
- In a different container add this milk keeping the froth aside and mix it with the way protein
- Add protein mixture to coffee and top it with the frothy milk. Sprinkle some cinnamon and enjoy
INGREDIENTS
- Ice
- 3/4 cup skim milk
- 1/4 cup oats
- 1/4 cup chocolate peanut butter protein powder
- 1 medium banana
- 1 teaspoon instant coffee powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cocoa powder
INSTRUCTIONS
- combine everything and pulse until smooth
- Pour in a cup and enjoy.
Bullet coffee
INGREDIENTS
- coffee powder or espresso shot
- Mct oil ( derived from coconut or palm oil)
- Butter
INSTRUCTIONS
- Brew a pot of coffee as you normally would. (Using Bulletproof Brand Coffee is the way to go! Its totally clean)
- Mix coffee, butter, MCT oil (and salt & cinnamon if using) into a blender
- Blend until smooth and serve hot.
